She's Crawling!

Well, it is official, we have a crawler on our hands....she is mostly scooting and pulling herself along....but if she really wants something...she'll get there! She is 6 months old now....wow!..time flies. I am hoping this age will be the beginning of LESS SPITTING UP!!!!. I just got back from helping out with a Christmas gift tag class at the Church...where Sadie threw up on me about 800 times. I stink ..she stinks...the blankets stink and we both need a change of clothes...in 2 hours that girl creates 2 loads of laundry!!!!! yikes!!! Lucky she is so cute!

Well, have a birthday next week...Ella has her horsey party on the 6th....she is really looking forward to it. We made the goodie bags already...it was a little painful for her to give away horsey goodies...but she survived.

We are hoping our bedroom furniture gets here this week...painting starting tomorrow....I am doing to post before and after...I promise!

Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving....Americans anyway.....us Canadians do it in October. We had a nice time with Seth's family in town. I don't have any pictures.....hmmm..that wasn't too bright of me.

Well, kid's have a half day....so I better get my butt in gear.

Sadie's Tom Cruise Impersonation

( insert Mission Impossible Music)....Sadie does a mean Mission Impossible pose....

Ella's sparkly shoes

Ella was so excited this morning to put on a little lipgloss and her favorite sparkly shoes. My friend Rachel bought these for her last year....and she hasn't got to wear them much..with the flip flop weather we have around here. So, she got all dressed and said, " Mom, let's take a picture!"

That's my girl! How cute is she?

Where did the weekend go???

Sheesh...the week has already begun....but it seems like we had no weekend. Seth worked all day ( till 3 am!) on Saturday, taking a break for Luke's baseball game. Luke was able to pitch a couple of innings...getting 3 strikeouts and allowing only one hit..that was a pop fly that he caught!!!

Look out Brandon Webb! ( I will post the pic..they are kinda far away...but I couldn't very well run out onto the field for a shot!)

The girls got haircuts ( I will post some pics), and we did a little running around....and the day was gone. Sunday Sadie STILL wasn't feeling well, so I stayed home again. Luke was feeling under the weather as well. We have alot of snot at our house right now....YUCK!

We are getting our master bedroom ready for a little remodel. New furniture I hope!!!!!.....but paint and new curtains in the least! Maybe I'll do a little before and after action!

So, now it is Monday...and I feel like I need another Saturday!!!! Oh well...hopefully the week flys by. The kids are off of school today....for Remembrance Day...or Veterans Day as the Americans call it....So don't forget to remember!

Hope is off for lunch with her friends, Build a Bear and then to the Bee Movie....hey, wait a minute...I want to be Hope today! The rest of us will be here trying to kick this cold!

I can't stop pureeing!!!!

As I have told some of you...I am really enjoying throwing veggies in the blender, pureeing...and then putting them in EVERYTHING I make. Courtesy of Jessica Seinfeld... I threw sweet potato puree and squash puree in a jar of spaghetti sauce the other night....nobody guessed! I also threw some in our smoothies along with a bunch of flax meal...again nobody knows.... Pancakes, French Toast, Soups, anything...I am telling ya..we love it. These brownies were amazing.... here is the link :

try them!!! To puree...literally just throw it in the blender, puree, and if it needs it, add a bit of water....to make it smooth... I just love that my kids are getting extra nutrition.....
let me know what you think!
